  James M. Walsh, Chairman of the Advisory Board

James M. Walsh is a Chairman of the Advisory Board of Fontvieille Capital Inc. and a Managing Director of Prisma Capital Partners LP. Jim has had a career spanning more than three decades in capital markets, investment management and private client services in the US, Europe and Asia.

At Zurich Financial Services he co-headed the initiative to rationalize their European profile and divest the banking and asset management business units. Jim was appointed COO of Société Générale Securities Corporation where he helped to define the Société Générale expansion strategy in the U.S. and managed the daily business of SGSC as a member of the SG Americas Executive Committee.

He spent eleven years in Tokyo for First Boston/CSFB (now Credit Suisse) and Prudential Securities where he directed the Asia Pacific capital markets, private client and investment management businesses. Previously he ran the country desks for CSFB London and co-headed capital markets for First Boston in New York.

Jim is a former director and advisor to several investment funds including a listed (NYSE) private equity fund. He began his career at The Bank of New York and has been an Associated Member of the New York Stock Exchange.

He has an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a BS and MS in physics from Stevens Institute of Technology where he currently is a member of the Board of Trustees, chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Advisory Board of the Wesley Howe School of Technology Management.

Jim is a member of the Board of Governors of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (1984 – present) and a past member of its Board of Governors.

  Gary L. Blum, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Blum has served as counsel for a wide variety of closely-held and public companies for nearly three decades. His practice areas include: private and public offerings; mergers and acquisitions; SEC and NASD compliance; stock option and other compensation plans, general corporate and securities law and real estate.

He has substantial experience in sophisticated business planning and in advising clients in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses and has served as a director for many private and publicly traded companies.

Mr. Blum's particular focus and expertise is advising on business matters related to legal aspects of real estate, structuring strategic partnerships and joint ventures, technology transfer, with all legal considerations such as going public, reporting, corporate governance and business combinations. Mr. Blum has a broad based real estate expertise and a track record of successfully implementing innovative investment strategies. Currently he is Chief Executive Officer of Roos Land Holdings Rialto, a real estate investment company.

His background gives him a unique advantage with the ability to identify, pursue and execute business opportunities using his legal expertise. He also has extensive experience in the field of entertainment, having been counsel for the production and financing of over fifty motion pictures. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a tenured professor of philosophy at the University of Nebraska, Omaha.

Mr. Blum received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Mathematics from Loras College in 1962; M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in 1966; and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Marshall School of Business, respectively, in 1978.

He has been a member of the California State Bar since 1979.
